Eva, Guardian of The North by NaomiHansen Eva, Guardian of The North by NaomiHansen
Sorry that the background isn't too visible, but I really did TRY to make the snow more visible. :(

This is for the Create a Creature/Character Contest that I entered.

Name: Eva/Eve (Евa)
Born: April 16, 1064 (This is an estimate made by Eva. The exact date is unknown.)
Height: 5"9
Favorite color(s): Silver, black, blue
Traits: Patient, intelligent, wise, artistic, depressed, lonely, adventurous
Fear(s): Being caught in a burning building
Bio: Waking up one day in what is today known as Siberia, Eva, who didn't have a name (or didn't know it) at the time, wandered for hundreds of years around northern Asia and Europe, trying to get answers involving who she really was, since she had no memory of her past. The only company she would get would be from the many nomads that she met. They also taught her how to speak in many different languages, which included what is now known as Russian and Chinese.

Around the early 1600's, she came to a small town in central Russia. She was given the name Eva when she saved a few children from a wolf.

On April 16, 1704 (this is the first date that Eva has remember specifically), she traveled on a boat to the American colonies. She appreciated how they seemed to act independently, even though they were still "controlled" by the British. When America declared independence and went to war with them, she secretly became part of the the army, where she first learned how to use a gun and sword. She was only injured once, but it left a permanent scar on her left eye.

During the Lewis and Clark expedition, Eva traveled with the explorers while discuised as a man. When they got to the Pacific Ocean, she departed the expedition for unknown reasons and traveled north towards Alaska. She made her own boat and sailed through the Bering Sea. On accident, she landed in Japan. The locals were terrified of her because of her silver hair and shunned her. After killing a murderer in a village she visited, the villagers accepted her into their lives. They taught her Japanese and she was given a magnificent samurai sword.

Around the mid 1850's, Eva was nearly killed when the house she lived in caught on fire. But the fire didn't reach her because a circle of ice started to form around her. After she escaped, she fled the village, taking only her sword. She took shelter in a cave, where she realized that she had special powers when a puddle near her froze.

Eva went to the island of Hokkaido, where she made another boat and sailed back to Russia. While traveling, she experimented with her newfound powers by creating small patches of ice in the water. A couple of times, it started to snow.

When Eva finally reached Russia, she traveled again while perfecting her skills in swordmanship and firearms, along with learning new ways to use her ice powers.

During World War Two, when the Nazis began to invade the country, Eva realized that Russia, along with the rest of the world, could be taken over by Germany. She swiftly moved towards Moscow and helped to drive the Germans out by causing severe blizzards and killing thousands of soldiers.

On July 10, 2002, Eva was visiting the city of Moscow when a young girl ran into her on the streets. Eva would have brushed the incident off if she didn't discover that the sleeve that the girl ran in to looked burnt...
